This course focuses on providing private and social sector professionals with an inspiring means to learn how to take social entrepreneurial approach to diagnose, design, implement and scale innovations. Combining 20+ years of experience with select social innovation solutions journalism stories, our goal is to provide you with a deeper understanding about how to develop empathetic strategies and tactics regardless of your daily area of focus. This is a first-of-its-kind global citizenship approach to personal and professional development.
This is an asynchronous course that can be completed over a 12 week time frame. You have the opportunity to choose your own pace and your own content based upon the issues that interest you the most. This is pass/fail. Participants who completed the requisite number of criticla thinking assignments will receive a “Certificate of Completion” from Columbia Business School Venture for All and Solutions Journalism Network.
